What you will be doing Provides support and leadership in the development and embedding of the regional field operations standards and procedures (in accordance with the Group standards) to ensure our SHES risks are managed and efficient and sustainable operations and compliance with regulations Leads and supports the embedding of a culture of robust operating discipline Supports strategy and long-term sustainable plan for achievement of consistent operating standards across the region Leads the coordination of operations system implementation, including field sites sales and services to have alignment on fit for purpose system across the business. Establishes monitoring and measurement to drive operational awareness, discipline and excellence in operations. What you will bring Minimum 8 years operational experience. Proven ability to lead a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream. Proven influencer, able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable.
